Guestbook Spammer-the guestbook spammer has left me no choice but to dissallow use of the guestbook for anybody but a member, I appologise most sincerely for any inconvinience this may cause you.

New Spammer-There appears to be a new spammer on the guestbook, which does not use the code that I used to ban the spammer last time, if anybody has any suggestions as to how to stop the spammer, please email me.
Article number 9:
Guestbook Spammer-I believe the guestbook spammer to be an automated machine, and have noticed a similarity in all of it's messages, I therefore am blocking any piece of text which contains the BBCode '[URL' from being entered into the guestbook, this should block the current spam bot, as the guestbook does not accept BBCode this should not affect any normal users.

New links-I have changed the link color in this website from blue to purple, please post your comments about this change.

Repaired Accounts-the facility to create a new account has been repaired, thank you for your patience, also, thanks to yaklover for alerting me to the problem

New Poll-as we now have two logos, somebody haveing kindly emailed me one, the poll has been changed and now it requests what, in your opinion, is the best of the logos, please leave your opinion in the guestbook, or email it to me at theprof@professoryak.co.uk

Extra Stuff-the professor has created now a Games Page, a Guestbook and a Links Page. There is now also a Chatroom.

Logo-you will be able to see from the top right hand side of your screen that the professor has come up with a logo, but if you can think of a better one, please email it to me as I am sure this could be improved upon.

User Accounts-because of the new server on which this site is now stored, the professor has been able to create user accounts, they do not do anything yet but it may be an Idea to set one up before somebody steals your preferred username.

Competition-we are starting a new competition, if anybody can come up with a logo for professor yak, please e-mail it to theprof@professoryak.co.uk

New Website-you may have noticed that all of the adveritisements have gone, that is because we have moved server but you may have to bear with us for the next few weeks because we need to get everything up and running.
